It is so great to see the Halifax Junior Canadiens hockey team being inducted after 59 years since they first started in the Halifax Form. My brother, Fraser Rice, played for this team for 3 years and when on to play in the Eastern Hockey League. Congratulations to all the players of these teams
Happy to see the Halifax Junior Canadians 1965 and 1966 included in this induction ceremony. Bobby Sheehan is part of my family, he is calling me every few days about the induction and reuniting with his team mates; he is so excited. Looking forward to Oct. 16.
I knew Bobby as well- played Junior ‘A’ just a few years after me, Saw them often in those years, the entire team was well-deserving of this induction– so gald it was in this year
So excited for the Halifax All Junior Canadians to be inducted! My dad Fred was on this team for two years. There is a beautiful picture of the team in the Halifax Forum.
We were very pleased to see the application and the induction was well-deserved and appropriate for 2024
The Junior Canadiens rocked the Forum.
Congratulations to all the players!!
Well deserved!!
I could not agree more!
So nice to see Bob Sawler being recognized, at last, for all his work with rowing in Nova Scotia, the Maritimes, and across Canada over many years. A fine fellow he is!!
